These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of aureviahealth.co.za, operated by Aurevia Health Sciences Pty Ltd , trading as Aurevia Health Sciences (“Aurevia”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
Using our website
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or the necessary assistance or consent.
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems.
Products and descriptions
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, sizes and images. Packaging may change, and screen settings may affect how colours appear.
These variations will not justify supplying a materially different product from the one ordered. If a material change affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Orders and availability
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.
Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and associated undelivered service.
Products marked “Coming Soon” are not available for immediate dispatch. Any pre-order offer will state its expected dispatch timing and applicable conditions before you purchase.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in South African rand unless clearly stated otherwise. The amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please do not send payment-card details by email or through our contact form.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order. Any genuine pricing or listing error will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
